Profits and happy patients is a sign that you are running your practice heads above your competition. Trained staff who share your values and put in the effort get rewarded. Happy staff equals happy patients. Very practical and easy book to read book. I had great time reading it and took many valuable notes to share with my sale team and practices that we deal with on a daily basis. Looking toward to future editions and authors next books.
